Bio:

Nobuyuki Imai, NTT COMWARE CORP, is responsible for business process analysis, workshop design.

He has more than 20 years’ experience as IT Architect and business process Analyst managing complex projects and teams.

Now his main activity, as workshop designer and facilitator, is to deliver value to stakeholder with his clients.

His workshop with the creative process and methods discovers values which stakeholders feel happy, and then the values connect to business outcome.

He also held a workshop ‘A Method for creating value loop’ and facilitated at the workshop on ’21st IAF Asia Conference 2018 Osaka, Japan’.
