Bio:

Nathan Klassen has worked in and with numerous roles and industries, helping organizations achieve their best defined outcomes. Nathan’s strengths include leadership and insight into the human side of change. Certifications include a Lean Black Belt, change management, information systems audit, and a degree in Russian and Linguistics.

Nathan recently served as Director of Continuous Improvement with 4iiii Innovations, a high growth tech company in western Canada. Previous to that with Bison Transport, a leading Canadian transportation player, his passion for bringing out the best in people and organizations has taken him on a diverse journey into the many layers and languages of business – human and computer-based.
