Naomi Montgomery is a Principal Business Systems Analyst at Healthesystems in Tampa, Florida. She has worked in many industries of business including Banking, Retail and Workers Compensation. She’s held many roles but has been working primarily as a business analyst over the past 20 years. Naomi’s love for problem solving has kept her interested in the discipline. She is a passionate advocate for the business analysis discipline, delivering strategic business analysis and team leadership to her organization. In her free time, she is a Corporate Mentor at the University of South Florida, were she mentors’ students on professional career paths, soft skill improvement and professional branding. Naomi is currently studying for her CBAP.
