Mike Whalen (MBA, CPP, and CPPB) has 12 years of Technical Business Analysis experience in the public sector, with an emphasis on procurement. Serving both state and local government, Mike has spent the majority of his career in the technical domain. He has played a key leadership role on large and complex projects focused on state-wide technology deployments. As a certified SCRUM master, Mike has used various agile methods to elicit and manage requirements during the life cycle of projects. His business editoral, “Going Solo” is published monthly with the Neighborhood Gazette, a local newspaper in the Denver area.
