Bio:

Mark Cross has worked in IT transformation for 25 years, initially as a network engineer for some of the largest telcos in the UK and New Zealand, before transitioning to Business Analysis 15 years ago.  Since then he has specialised in delivering the benefits of cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.  He is certified by the IIBA (CBAP) and BCS and he is passionate about ensuring that his clients realise the benefits of digital transformation without regrets.
