Maja is an experienced business analysis professional, consultant, and trainer dedicated to the continuous promotion of business analysis as a profession.

Her professional experience relates to developing custom software solutions in the public and private sectors, applying predictive and adaptive approaches.

As a business analysis consultant and trainer, she has helped many organizations develop a Centre of Excellence, establish business analysis standards, and improve the quality of business analysis activities.

Maja is a recognized speaker at conferences (BA&Beyond, Balkan BA Conference, Change Conference, Global Business Analysis Day, JumpIT Forum), educational institutions, IIBA chapters, and other events.

In her current role as Product Manager for IIBA, she develops compelling and high-value business analysis content in support of IIBA’s strategic efforts to serve and engage members, support new membership growth, and advance the business analysis profession globally.
