Li Yang, CBAP, is the principle and owner of iACT Consulting Ltd. which offers business analysis and project management services. Li has over 25 years of experience in both China and Canada in marketing and sales, project management, and more recently, her discovered passion for business analysis. By facilitating the understanding between diverse business users and information technology specialists, Li provides value to her clients. As a trusted advisor, Li draws from her practical industry knowledge in health care, insurance, banking, transportation, call centre, government, and non-profit organizations. Li is the Deputy Regional Director of IIBA Americas Western Region and was the past president of IIBA Vancouver chapter. Li is an online instructor of the Business Analysis Certificate program at UBC.
