Li Yang, CBAP©, is the principal of iACT Consulting Ltd. which offers business analysis and project management services. Li has over 25 years of experience in both China and Canada in marketing and sales, project management, and more recently, her discovered passion for business architecture among all aspects of business analysis. Li wins her clients’ trust by bringing clarity, focus and collaborative spirit to transformative initiatives in wide range of industries including health care, insurance, banking, transportation, call centre, government, consumer goods, utilities, and non-profit organizations. Li volunteered for IIBA Global Chapter Council for seven years and was the past president of IIBA Vancouver chapter. As an online instructor. Li taught the Business Analysis Certificate program at University of British Columbia for 13 years.
