Joanne is a certified Business Architect and Business Relationship Management Professional with over 24 years’ experience in both the business and IT areas of her organization. In her current role as Business Relationship Leader, Joanne began the journey to leverage business capability modeling to close a gap between business needs and IT investments in her organization. In her current role, Joanne has implemented business architecture as the foundation for building business capabilities and transforming Application Portfolio Management at INPO.
