Bio:

Jasmine Lee has been working in the realm of business rules for 17 years around the world, including in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. She is an advocate for the benefits of natural language rule authoring, and the importance of being able to explain decisions made by business rules, which has led to one of her mottos – “the answer is only half the answer, you’ve gotta have the why as well!”

Jasmine’s focus has been helping governments transform complex legislation, regulations and policy into IT systems. This has also included helping organizations understand how they can make their rules more approachable to customers, citizens and businesses through improved online customer experience.

Jasmine has degrees in Law and Science from the Australian National University.
