Dr. Jacob Feldman is a founder and CTO of OpenRules, Inc., a NJ corporation that created and continues to maintain for 18 years the popular Decision Intelligence software product commonly known as “OpenRules”. He has extensive experience in developing real-world decision-making applications using business rules, optimization, and machine learning technologies. Jacob is a Chair of DecisionCAMP, (http://decisioncamp.org) an administrator of the Decision Management Community (https://dmcommunity.org), and a frequent presenter at the major business rules/decision management events.
