Bio:

Eksara Jayan is a lead consultant in business consulting at Virtusa and the vice president of education for the IIBA Sri Lanka chapter. With a decade of business analysis experience, Eksara gained experience in multiple organizations big and small working on a wide array of projects and programs. He had been a prominent figure in the modern Sri Lankan business analysis spectrum, leading BA practices of prominent organizations and implementing innovative Business Analysis centers. He was the first person in Sri Lanka to conduct a Google-style Design Sprint in a financial institute and was versatile in using design thinking and human-centered design for solution designing.

With thought leadership and a prominent newsletter for Business Analysts called the Classy Business Analyst, Eksara has been spreading the best practices of the profession to the community for multiple years. Currently, he has having consultation service where Eksara does personal consultations for Business Analysis practices, for implementing BA CoE, for product designing and using design thinking practices, Business Consultation from his background working for Fortune 500 organizations, and consultation on upskilling existing business analysts of organizations.
