Deb Peluso is an organizational architect with 20+ years of experience building healthy, vibrant and productive organizations. She has built internal project and change management COEs, ran her own consulting firm, led two business consulting practices at Centric Consulting, and served as a board member for local and state non-profits. Deb is a published author and frequent conference speaker on topics in leadership, transformation and change. Her current focus is in building the StratATecture solution, Centric’s proprietary delivery methodology business transformation.
