Dave has the battle scars from almost 20 years in the IT industry where he has graduated from the school of hard knocks in the areas of software development, product development, business analysis, and change management. Dave has led digital transformation and change management efforts in the pharmaceutical and government industries. He has also successfully created multiple high performing business analysis & product development groups. His current focus is bringing all of his varied experience to bear on a challenging innovation effort at Reed Technology in Horsham, Pa. Dave is a regular speaker at national conferences where he enjoys helping others to learn from his experience and avoid the pitfalls associated with complex IT projects.
