Bio:

As the Chief Process Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Dan established the Group’s Process Architecture function delivering their first end-to-end Process Governance and Operational Excellence Framework. Prior to this role, Dan delivered significant operational risk, performance, and customer experience benefits leading their Lending divisions for Retail, Corporate and Institutional banking.

Dan will be sharing insights, tools, and techniques he has developed from his 25 years’ experience in Financial Services leading large scale business operations and technology divisions for national and global banks.

A graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, Dan is currently a Non-executive Director of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), the world’s first digital platform for mortgage lodgement and financial settlement and Founder and Principal Consultant at OpExtion Pty Ltd.
