Bio:

Dagmar Cole has over twenty years of experience working spanning the entire Software Development Lifecycle using various development methodologies.  While pursuing her studies at George Mason University, she authored a paper on Software Quality Assurance and has been responsible for discovery of major defects.  As a Business Analyst and Project Manager, she dedicates herself to educating others on effective strategies for enhancing product quality.
