Bio:

Andrea has been with INPO for 8  years in various roles, including business analyst and innovation leader. She is a certified Business Relationship Management Professional, Virtual Facilitator, and VTS@Work Facilitator, with additional training in business analysis and business architecture. As a technology business partner, she serves as a liaison between the INPO strategy and IT strategy, working directly with business units on their upcoming initiatives and requirements. Andrea has a passion for building relationships, making connections, and achieving strategic goals. Outside of work, she enjoys her family and friends, church service, producing a podcast, and creating laser crafts.
