Andrea has been an integral part of INPO for nine years, contributing her expertise across various roles, including business analyst, innovation leader, and technology business partner. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her certifications as a Business Relationship Management Professional, Virtual Facilitator, and VTS@Work Facilitator, complemented by specialized training in business analysis and business architecture. As the current president of INPO’s Toastmasters program, she has a passion for delivering impactful and actionable messages to audiences, whether internal stakeholders or external audiences. She has previously showcased her insights at prestigious events such as BBC 2023 in Vegas, BRM Connect, and OPEX 2023. In her role as a technology business partner, Andrea acts as a vital link between INPO’s strategic vision and the IT strategy. She collaborates directly with business units, ensuring alignment with upcoming initiatives and requirements. Managing INPO’s IT budget, she works closely with IT leadership to explain how precious financial resources are allocated to drive organizational success and meet business objectives.
