We know our organizations culture, but its often hard to put your finger on it and describe it tangible terms. In this highly interactive session, Aaron will delve into the Competing Values Framework (CVF) as a model to identify your current and future state culture, and the key levers you can address to make a sustained shift. Be prepared for a giant floor exercise, moving around the room, and collaborating with your peers as we bring culture and CVF to life on a grand scale and provide you with a memorable hands-on experience that you won’t soon forget.

The Immersive Sessions are spread across three session slots and as interactive group exercises it is compulsory to attend all three session slots, in order to complete the exercise and be fair to your fellow participants. No dipping in and out!
