Earlier in 2021, Margaret joined a new team of business analysts who were brought on board to launch a business analysis practice to support startup Skedulo’s customer implementations. In this presentation, Margaret will share the journey of how the team sold the benefits of business analysis and implemented the practice up front in a customer implementation.
