We know that this decade is transformational – COVID (obviously!) but also evolving trends in the impact of business analysis on strategy and transformation. IIBA has started what we hope will be a long-term commitment to action-oriented research on key interrelationships between business analysis and critical business drivers, starting with two important thematic areas – data analytics and agility. We’ll discuss some of our early learning and the implications for our work and the future of our profession.
