Bio:

Masashi Ioki has 20+ year system development experience in the telecommunications industry and currently heads the technical support unit for IT projects. As a CBAP holder, he works to build consensus on various requests from client companies in a way that leads to their company-wide value. He also has expertise in facilitation and holds about 10 workshops a year to elicit opinions. He earned his BS and MS degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1993 and 1995 respectively.
