Bio:

Lourdes Gonzalez is CEO of Lulu Process Design Group, a consultancy providing business process management, process assessment, change management, Lean Six Sigma, and Baldrige-based assessment services. A certified change manager, Lourdes has 30 years’ experience as an Industrial Engineer at Fortune 500 companies from a variety of industry sectors.

She serves in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners, Performance Excellence Northwest, and Communities of Excellence 2026 examiners team. Lourdes also serves as a Board Member of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Hospital Center.

Her passion for education is shown in her commitment to improve the work environment for women and minorities, and to inspire children and young women to pursue STEM careers. Lourdes believes that all children should have the right to be educated regardless their family social status. She partners with non-profit organizations to enable low income kids to attend to school at her native island of Puerto Rico and other Caribbean islands.
