For over 20 years, Elena has been helping executives in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and the USA effectively build and implement strategies. In her work, she uses methods such as OKR (Objectives and Key Results), which she has implemented in more than 20 organizations. She has worked with companies in IT (software production), manufacturing, logistics, aviation, medical, e-commerce, gaming production, service, banking, and local government sectors. The scale of companies ranges from 50 to several thousand employees. she lead transformations in several organizations, building and leading teams, and working with leaders and teams in the transformation process.

Elena is an entrepreneur, mentor, facilitator, trainer in postgraduate studies, host live sessions coffee with OKRs, write articles, and share experiences at conferences in the USA and Europe.
