Bio:

Breanne Casteel is the first and only Business Analyst currently at Kampgrounds of America (KOA), where she not only works with developers and business stakeholders, but also is a passionate advocate to bring awareness to Business Analysis skills to numerous roles in the organization.  Breanne has over 19 years of Information Technology experience. With roots in computer programming and moving through roles of end user tech support with software and database, to Quality Analysis, then on to Business Analysis, she has experience in all facets of software development from multiple points of view and has found her fit to pull all of these views together.  In addition to her Computer Science degree from Montana State University, she also has certifications from IIBA for ECBA, CPOA and AAC.
