Bio:

Bindu Channaveerappa comes with 20 years of experience in Business Analysis and is qualified from IIBA and BCS. Recognising the need for Cybersecurity analysis, Bindu studied Security Management and has become a keen advocate for making Cybersecurity inclusive within mainstream business analysis. She is considered a thought leader by both IIBA and BCS. She has coauthored IIBA’s Cybersecurity Certification curriculum, CCA and contributed to CBAP exam questions. Bindu speaks internationally on topics related to business analysis and cyber security. She is the author of the “Cyber Security and Business Analysis” book due to be launched in 2024 with BCS Publications.

Along with being a passionate business analyst, Bindu also supports women-focused initiatives at WinT at BBC, IIBA India conference and Women in BA at BA & Beyond.

As part of giving back to the community, Bindu is a committee member of the BA Europe conference, supporting as a track leader and mentoring speakers. She supports the IIBA UK chapter as a board member to bring creative and insightful opportunities for the community to learn and grow. Additionally, she gives her time to Brahma Kumaris, an international charitable organisation and a spiritual university in teaching meditation.
