For more than 25 years, Eugenia C. Schmidt, Founder and Managing Partner of VITINAR has successfully managed information technology implementations and methodology rollouts in multiple industries. Ms. Schmidt worked in various management and technical roles for a number of reputable companies and consulting firms, such as AT&T, PwC and Lighthouse Consulting Partners, before forming her own business. Eugenia has trained thousands of students and practitioners in business analysis, project management and other professional services. In addition to providing services through her own company, she also contracts with various educational institutions, and training companies to develop and conduct intermediate and advanced business analysis and project management courses such as a recently delivered business analysis series for experienced business analysts by ASPE Training (a division of Fortis College) and IIBA’s SE Michigan Chapter. As a well-known expert, she has also authored “Mastering Business Analysis Versatility: Seven Steps to Develop Competencies and Capabilities” due to be published this year by J.Ross Publishing and is a sought-after speaker for many professional association conferences, seminars and other events, such as the IIBA, PMI, BA World, and Women in Technology.
