Bio:

Greg Busby, CBAP®, AAC has designed, developed, evaluated, and implemented business solutions for over 40 years. He’s worked in industries including fast food, logistics, health care, higher education and more, in capacities from Director of Development to product manager to senior consultant.

For the past 20 years, Greg has concentrated on business analysis and project delivery. He helped start and led the BA practice at Cornell University and was the lead Business Analyst. Greg contributed to Business Analysis for Dummies, teaches BA techniques for B2T, and developed and delivers Systems Thinking training for Netmind.

Greg founded BusbyBA, a consulting practice working with higher education, and is currently Principal at Norveld helping organizations select, plan, and deliver successful business change projects.
