In an ever-changing landscape it is more important than ever to engage the organization by effectively leveraging collaboration. Sustainable growth and resilience rest on the ability to excel at bringing the business together and having cohesive and innovative approaches to problem solving and overcoming challenges. Being able to maximize overall performance and strategic alignment can be difficult due to traditional silo’s which are barriers to change. Communication styles combined with behavioral tendencies can make it difficult to break down these barriers. Julia will discuss communication strategies to bring the organization together to work towards a common vision, foster an open dialogue, and minimize resistance to change. It will also be discussed how individual behaviors change the impact and reception of communication strategies. The goal is to integrate business units by offering a clear view of what each level of the organization needs to effectively diminish silos.
