Bio:

Carole-Ann is a renowned guru in the Analytics, Decision Management and Business Rules space. She created the vision for Decision Management as both a discipline and set of technologies that can revolutionize how businesses operate. This vision has been widely adopted in the industry.

Prior to Sparkling Logic, she managed the strategy and direction of Blaze Advisor as well as all the Decision Management tools at FICO. She started her career building advanced systems using various technologies. She later joined ILOG (acquired by IBM) where she developed a growing interest in Optimization and Business Rules. At ILOG, she coined the term BRMS (Business Rules Management System) with her Sales counterpart.

She speaks often at Industry conferences and has conducted university classes in France and Washington DC.
