Bio:

Mark Cross is the founder and principal consultant of Envista Consulting, a business analysis practice that specialises in helping organisations to manage transformation related cyber-risk and information security.  Over his 25 year career, he worked as a network engineer at leading telecommunications providers in the UK and New Zealand before starting his business and transitioning into business analysis 15 years ago. He is the developer of the Three Steps Left cybersecurity framework for business analysts, a chapter Lead for Yorkshire Cybersecurity Cluster, a branch officer within the UK Chapter of the IIBA with CBAP and CCA certification, and an accredited professional member of the British Computer Society, the Chartered Institute of Information Security and ISC2.
