Chameka Amerson is a dynamic leader with over 21 years’ Information Technology experience. As a certified Business Relationship Management Professional, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma professional, Chameka spent most of her career consulting with global firms implementing digital solutions. In her current role as Director of Information Technology at INPO, Chameka leads the Application Services and Infrastructure Services departments which cover the following domains: Business Relationship Management, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Application Architecture, Change/Transition Management, Project Management, Software Engineering/Development, Quality Assurance, Networking, Data and Cloud Services, IT Service Desk, Conference Room Technology and A/V Support. Chameka is a coach at heart, always cheering on her team with dedication, servant leadership, and encouragement. She is passionate about understanding INPO’s strategy and how IT can support and the organization achieve its’ Mission, Vision and Strategies.
