Bio:

Jen is responsible for supporting a comprehensive, consistent approach for how MERS takes action on improvement opportunities. Jen’s team has expertise in the disciplines of process management, business analysis, project management, product ownership, Agile, business architecture and business intelligence. Her team leverages these skillsets to identify and prioritize ways MERS can improve efficiency and effectiveness in service to its customers and to create a great environment for staff. Jen is also responsible for MERS’ strategic and business planning processes. 

Jen got her start in business transformation in 2008 through exposure to Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and became an examiner with the Michigan Performance Excellence Program, which helps organizations improve their performance using the Baldrige Criteria. Jen’s forever grateful for the perspective and professional growth that experience provided me. She is also a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned her degree in Community Relations and Political Science. Go Green!

Jen’s proud to work for MERS, a small but mighty company that explores sophisticated business methodologies and strives to integrate them for the best results. MERS’ newest journey is with business architecture, where a few pioneers are learning and applying these approaches.
