Russ Peña is a nationally recognized speaker, published author and an agile coach of coaches. Formerly the Chief Methodologist at SunTrust Bank and enterprise transformation consultant at LeadingAgile, he is currently heading the global business agility transformation at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). There he introduced and refined a highly successful non-software agile practice within the global brand, marketing, interior design and architecture functions. Shifting the focus from traditional project management to agile product management he demonstrated that it was possible to implement a broad agility practice outside of the typical technology environment.
