Bio:

Kylie Feldman started her career corporate career in corporate strategy and competitive intelligence. Upon encountering business architecture in 2013 she found the ideal convergence for her experience, skill set and passion. Kylie joined MassMutual as the head of Business Architecture, to rebuild the practice within the business. In 2020, she became head of Continuous Improvement and brought Continuous Improvement and Business Architecture together to form the Business and Process Architecture department. Through deep collaboration and partnership across the enterprise, Kylie and her team have elevated the architecture practice to drive meaningful transformation across the enterprise.
